Core Service

RingClone's core service is processing and archiving data items. A data item is a single document or a communication instance. Examples of these items include: a single phone call (with or without a recording), an email message, an SMS, text, or Teams message, a single faxed document, and a single faxed document. RingClone's powerful processing engine extracts these records, securely processes and stores them, and creates a searchable index of these items for easy retrieval later. The plans below provide guidance on how much data can be processed, how much data is indexed and searchable, and how frequently this data is ingested into the RingClone system.
